We are a team of experienced tourism industry professionals, with a track record in hotel and short-term rental ownership and operation in the Myoko area.

Our mission to is to make Myoko into a world-class ski resort, but at the same time develop the area sustainably and maintain the character of a place that so many have come to love.

As more investment flows into the Myoko area, we offer services that help foreign and domestic investors navigate the complexities of running a hospitality business in Japan, and at the same time offer guests a top-notch experience.

We provide turnkey hospitality and property management services, including staffing and marketing during the winter season, off-season management, vendors management, admin support, and consulting.

Fully licensed and compliant with local laws. We are a locally-registerd business in Myoko and have the required licensed to act as third-party lodge managers. We also work with local legal professionals to ensure full compliance.

Our Logo & Its Meaning

Our logo is inspired by the traditional Japanese pattern Shippō (七宝, “Seven Treasures”), a design often used to represent harmony, connection, and infinite prosperity.

The overlapping circles of Shippō symbolize the idea that human connections and relationships are as precious as the Seven Treasures themselves.

At Myoko Hospitality Management, this philosophy reflects our commitment to creating strong bonds between property owners, guests, and the local community. Just as the Shippō pattern continues endlessly, we believe that trust, care, and collaboration are the foundation of sustainable hospitality.
