How much do you charge for your services?

Our rates will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and will depend on the property type and size, as well as on the full scope of services requested. We are happy to provide you with some examples, just reach out!

I have bought a property in Myoko. Now what?

We can help you understand what your operational options and challenges will be, based on our experience in operating properties of various sized and with difference business models.

How do I pay for your services if I don’t have a bank account in Japan?

We charge in Japanese Yen and recommed using Wise for wire transfers.

Will you be able to obtain a hotel/minpaku license or other permits for our property?

For any licensing requirements we will put you in touch and coordinate with our trusted local professionals, who will charge a separate fee. Note that in Japan hospitality licenses (like other legal applications) need to be handled by administrative scriveners (行政書士, gyōsei shoshi). Anyone without such certification offering a paid service to procure government licenses and permits in Japan is in breach of the law.

The same applies to vehicle registrations in Japan for non-residents: this procedure requires the services of a licensed administrative scrivener.
