Hotel/Airbnb Management

We provide turnkey hospitality management for hotels, lodges and pensions, as well as for short-term, self-contained accommodations.

Note that in Japan third-party management of short-term rentals and Airbnbs needs to be carried out by licensed professionals. Myoko Hospitality Management has a Private Lodging Management License (corporate no. 3110003005783, Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism).

This is what you can typically expect from Myoko Hospitality Management, although management agreements can be customised.
